StarTrac Treadmills Aim To Please the Physical Fitness Guru
Written By: Tim Gorman
One of the leading and most acknowledged brands in the fitness market, StarTrac treadmills are extremely popular in health clubs and gyms across the world. First introduced in 1974, the StarTrac company was created by the makers of the LifeCycle stationary bicycle. Since their conception, StarTrac treadmills have been renowned for their top quality design and advance training programs. All StarTrac fitness equipment is planned with the customer in mind.
StarTrac equipment is known for outstanding construction and remarkable reliability. This top of the line machine is the number one commercial treadmill featured in fitness facilities. However, StarTrac treadmills are not exactly built for home use; only one of their six treadmill models is actually designed for the home user in mind. If you are a dedicated to physical fitness, or are a physical trainer or athlete, this is the treadmill to consider.
With prices ranging from $3,000 to $8,000, the StarTrac treadmill is one of the most expensive on the market. But, all models are durable and built for long periods of daily use. Advance features such as Soft Trac cushioning and personal trainer program add to the desirability of the Star Trac.
These treadmills offer a warranty based on amount and type of usage as an alternative to having a predetermined warranty on each machine. StarTrac treadmills used in the home have a warranty of three years. If the treadmill is used in a commercial setting, the warranty only extends two years. While not as generous as other treadmill brands, these warranties are quite ample considering the machine you are purchasing.
If you are a serious athlete or trainer looking for a high quality, commercial piece of fitness equipment, the StarTrac treadmill is the only possibility to entertain.
